I know someone was looking for or at piston conversions. Its your gun, do what you want but know the facts before you spend your money.
Converting a gun using non organic parts is at best iffy. This is not like dropping a Chevy V8 in a engine bay of another brand of car. Even that you now have a 55 Jeep Willys with a Chevy 350 and every interaction with the parts jockey behind the counter at Midnight Auto Supply is a long drawn out discussion. Ask me how I know!
But interjecting these parts into your AR which was not designed for them can result many outcomes, not always good. Perhaps worst of all is the day you come to sell it.
Don't anyone take this wrong, I am not against piston, there are many guns out there that were DESIGNED to use a piston setup. I don't see $279 worth of benefit to convert let alone the issues that go along with it.
