The year after a forest fire, morels really come up in my neck of the woods. Talk about a once in a blue moon feast! Steak with all you can eat morel mushrooms.
I like the Morels fried in butter and added into scrambled eggs with the wild green onion and garlic we also find around here. They also go great with steak and Asparagus with bacon and onion sometimes with a little cheese. :drool:

Last time I went picking mushrooms I got a sort of a buzzzz a going. It was fun then, but, do`nt care to go back there, ever. :busted: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :cowboy:
