The drum beat here is getting kicked up several notches in tempo as the wife and i are going like crazy getting ready for our trip. Heading out this Wed on the first thing hot and smokin Eastbound to Madrid, Spain. Spend 2 weeks there visiting friends across the country then shoot S to Tel Aviv Israel for another 2 weeks. Not likely I will be on the net much if at all due to being very busy on this trip visiting friends and in country travel. If I can I will post some updates as opportunity offers itself.

Will spend the day at the Uzi facility, shooting, classes and talking with them etc. IF any samples are given I promise I will try to get enough for my good friends on the forum. On a connected note, got my AR10 T shirt in the mail yesterday, really liked the color and the shirt, plan on wearing it to the Uzi gig...AR10 will be represented!

My only fear is that the 25 lbs I have lost over the spring and summer will be gained at the tables in Spain.

Take away, will be out for better part of a month, will certainly miss the discussions on here but no one is forgotten and as Gen Mac said: "I shall return" about 16 Nov unless war breaks out, if so I am staying, having my wife ship my AR10 and see if I can reach out and touch someone in the name of GOD.

Thinking of hitting Spain next year myself Cowboy. Have a good time. Get up to San Sebatian in Basque country and enjoy the Tapas. Let me know your favorite places when you get back. Any chance of you meeting the famous Mr. Galil? If so get a picture. An amazing weapons designer. Again, enjoy yourself and bring us back a full report.

Have a great trip! Definitely hook us up with a few uzi's! I saw one today at the local gun shop and it was $15,000!

Not sure where all we are going in Spain. Wife lived in Madrid and she knows the country well so I am getting the tour and she has friends over there, also going to spend time on the island of Ibeza where she also lived for a while and still has friends. Yea Gali can design a gun for sure.

Even my wife liked the AR 10 T-shirt

Nice journey You have planned there, especially the Israel part of it. A place I`ve always wanted to go to, and possibly stay there too.
I have thought about contacting the Israel military and see if they would like a wore out old body to stand on the border and pop some heads. I think that`d be a good service to God and Israel and America too.
Have a safe and adventurous time.
Try and make it to some digs too, that`d be innerseting and something to break up the tourism bit. :rotfl:

I heard on a Perry Stone show, He is always going over there and talking about the different Biblical places and their significance in Our world.
Anyhow, a couple of months ago, He was doing a show from Israel, where He could see the Skull Hill where Jesus was crucified and He made a statement that "Skull Hill", also known as "Golgotha"{spelling may be off} actually stands for "Goliaths Head" it is the place where David buried Goliaths head, and that had{has} some great signifance in Our world today.
Also, He is now deceased, but Ron Wyatt, a self proclaimed archeologist, was doing some digs in that same place and declared that He would dig through that hill and find the "Arch of the Covenant", He was digging in that hill and found a tunnel, He had a youth along for a helper, He started digging in the side of the tunnel and seen something in another chamber, He got some very poor pics of it through the hole, the youth that was with Him crawled into the hole, using a flash light proclaimed that it was in fact the Arch, the youth, to this day, will not talk much, if any about it. The Israel govt. got wind of it and i think silenced the kid. Well, there is warnings about that Arch, and very shortly after Ron died, the youth wo`nt talk. Some say that the Youth got a warning, a spiritual sort of a thing and He aint saying a word.
You can watch Rons report on the Arch of the Covenant and its importance to us, even in the current times.
