For anybody making the trek... ArmaLite will have a store open on commercial row at Camp Perry, OH. during the National Matches.

Open dates are July 10 to August 12th.

For those that do not know where it is. It is just outside the city limits of Port Clinton, OH.

well, it looks like it is supposed to be good weather next week.

so with that in mind, I have decided to have my buddy take my suit case and stuff so I can ride the bike out.

Already mapped it out and even on the interstate, it will take me about 8 hours.

So I'm thinking that's 8 hours of wind therapy and knees in the breeze.

 mrraley, sounds like a fun trip. While you are there, any chance of giving us some ongoing reports on how the AR10's are doing? Also specs on the AR10's being used? I heard somewhere that the Army team uses shorter barrels on their AR10's. Any reports from " our man on the scene" would be appreciated and well read, I am sure.

I do know this first hand...

The AMU, the Marine Corp, and some of the NAVY shooters are using the AR-10 NM.

They have the regulation 20 inch barrel to be classified as a service rifle.

For the past two years the AMU has been taking "Across the course" with them also.

The AMU was instrumental in getting the AR-10 certified by the NRA for competition use.
