I reported to the disability office that I had a job now and no longer required the help. They want me to report my income for 9 months but they still send the check and I get to keep it. They call it a "trial work period". They explained that it is easier that way, then they don't have to do all the paperwork again if I should become disabled again before the nine months are up  I'm just sure nobody ever games that rule
Your tax dollars at work! everyone should complain to their representatives, we can't afford to pay disability to people that are working.
I'm going to do the right thing with the checks, buy guns and ammo!

Good deal, you can be sure the people that would game the system are all made aware of it. People should understand more of the bull these bureaucrats pull to keep their roles high.
Another example is with the VA. They have regularly bugged me for years now to apply for VA disability benefits. When I tell them it had nothing to do with the military they just tell me I can't be sure of that and I need to get a claim started so they can have an expert look at my service medical records to see if there could be any possible relation to my present condition. They say I could easily get at least 20 % if there is even a mention of something that relates in my records. I can't use the same language here that I use with them when they call :censored: They complain about being overwhelmed to the with claims to the public but they sure don't explain why! :banghead:
