Its an old Bushmaster, bought it 10 or 12 years ago or maybe longer. Its got the AK 47 Type with top vent holes and a fluted bbl. I like it alot, good gun, I think I got it back in the Clinton AWB IIRC. I would like to have a Colt or ArmaLite but there is nothing wrong with the gun I got so have been hesitant to replace it....

AK is LOUD but good...

I have a pre ban Colt HBAR. Very accurate. A little heavy, wish the handle was removable, but I am used to it. As far as loud, I have a Bulgarian Arsenal AK with no muzzle brake. That 16 inch barrel with a 7.62x39 makes a lot of noise. Surprisingly accurate. No AR, but all shots within a softball size circle at 100 meters with iron sights, and Russian steel case ammo.

Many people forget the actual target is the size of a pie plate assuming you are going for a head shot, bigger if a center of mass torso is the goal...
