Spent a week there due to the wife having stuff to go to, me well I just mostly hung out on the vendor floor looking at goodies.
Asked the vendors how this show compared to others and the answer was the same: WOW! BEST EVER.
Vendors that were selling 'gun stuff' sold it like it was iced tea in the middle of the Sahara dessert, you had to get in line to buy don't care what it was. Prices were good. As I understood the NRA put pressure on vendors to not inflate or gouge so no shortage of bargains at internet or below pricing, no shipping and no tax!!!!
Great show, JAMMED with people, lots of fun and I have been to other NRA shows before and this was the best. Bucket list it if you have a real interest in guns...
Met up with one of our forum members there who came to the show. We met up over at the ArmaLite booth and chatted with Uncle ArmaLite and bragged on 'mrraley'. It was really great to meet up with a forum member and place face to screen name.
1) Eric (et1911rph) and his lovely bride at ArmaLite
2) Me and the NRA Freedom Bell: This bell is bronze, weighs 1500 lbs and was donated by a NRA member and when it rings it truly rattles the walls, WOW!!!!!!
