The White House said Monday that the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing will not be treated as an enemy combatant, in response to calls from Republican lawmakers to consider that option.
The announcement came as a sealed complaint was filed against suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Fox News has learned that the suspect made an initial appearance in front of a federal magistrate judge at the hospital where he is still being treated. No plea was entered.

Obama WH downplaying terrorism, just misguided kids, no link to terrorism...Sounds like Benghazi flash mob. Guess when the Prez is a Muslim should we expect anything else????

As much as I despise what the man did he is a US citizen and should be given all the rights that entails. The spooks had there shot at them already and blew it! What they do to one citizen can be done to all!
Guess we already kill citizens abroad if they are deemed terrorist, just trust the government to decide who needs killed, they are so proficient at everything they do..... sarcasm over and stepping down :soapbox:

We can and have Tried citizens as enemy combatants, nothing unusual about this. The reason he is being moved to the civilian court system is because of the types of info allowed in court. The feds as in the FBI and WH do NOT want the light of truth to come out...why? They are radical Muslims terrorists with strong ties to radicalism, Mosques in the US and other countries. In addition the older one was given a PASS just like the Army Major of murdered 14 at Ft Hood. The military chain of command, FBI and other agencies KNEW that he was a radical and in contact with others. The Ft Hood shoot out was NO surprise to any one.

I also think we need to look HARD at just how he got his citizenship????? They are giving passes to Muslims. I have seen it with my own eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I watched a Muslim, with either a humpback or a backpack, standing next and in front of me in line, American Airlines from Rome to NYC. It appeared to be a woman in full garb. I told my wife: WATCH lets see who gets the pat down. The Muslim was WAVED thru, I was stopped, patted down, went thru all my belonging, then took my cowboy straw hat and laid it flat on the table and CRUSHED it with their hand...at which time I told the DHS officer "if you touch that Cowboy hat again I will break your :censored: arm before you can withdraw it, now get your :censored: boss down here NOW! They apologized and I asked WHY they had crushed it, to which they replied they wanted to make sure there was nothing in it! WTF, I said why not turn it over and look inside, its a straw hat, you STUPID Idiot!

As the Muslim strolls right on thru, given a wave off at every counter...

I believe in rights for Americans, clear he was not is not an American, makes him a traitor, I shall judge him accordingly.
