I don't know how realistic my list is. I don't think the "some day soon" part applies here either, but this is where my thoughts stray when I let my mind wander...

1). Les Baer Thunder Ranch 1911 (1 1/2" model of course)

My DPMS LR to be rebarrelled in .257 Roberts. Adopting my step daughters put a hold on that for a few months.

A Buckmark Rifle

That awesome Rossi .410 Lever would be nice.

And refinishing my old .257 Roberts Mauser.

That is my "realistic" list.

Now my TRUE wisk list? That would take a while.
