Very good. Literally in Ojibwae the word means "The fish that cooks itself" due to the oil dripping and feeding the fire below it. Also the highest Level of Alpha 3 Omega fatty acids of any freshwater fish. Found in depths of 200-1200 feet in Lake Superior. Extinct in the other Great Lakes due to the Sea Lamprey.
