Yes.

The ranch I would crash on down in Texas had 2 male lions and I would go inside their cages and play with them sometimes. One was 450lbs and the other was only about 225. I also got to handle 3 different Bengal Tigers and 1 cougar. The cougar was the only one I really didn't enjoy. High strung bastages. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I'd have a chance to walk in and wrap my arms around a lion's neck and sink my face into it's mane but we all got along so well, they would both let me play with them on all but the hottest days... :)
