Funny you mention FL, that's where I got my bronco. 99% rust. Planning on doing a gofast/baja build but for now just making road worthy.
I was spending my gibill down there at FIT but the VA screwed me. That is when I got this job and bugged out to Virginia....maybe its me.

Thanks...
In all honesty...she run's ok... I just put a tune up to her...brakes...new radiator, motor mounts...ect. The interior is not terrible...but she's tired overall. I would love to freshen everything up...motor, trans, interior, exterior paint...so on. That's just me though...and would love to get another 10 years + out of her. To get that though...going to need some love.

I purchased the Bronco from a Chief with a different Fire Department. I met him during a Swiftwater Technician Class we were both in.
Long story short... a few years later he put this truck up for sale...and I purchased it.
He purchased the truck new from a local Ford dealership with 35 miles on it. He maintained it very well, and have the paperwork of all service/work done on the truck back to 95.

Dang NBT, that is a real score for a bronco. I looked at a LOT of broncos before ending up with the one I've got. The choices were either 17k-25k for one already complete or junk. I opted for resurrection
The PO did ZERO maintenance on it. Used it as a boat hauler and never washed off the salt, never changed the ball joints, never greased anything, and sitting in his yard with all the negative camber physically possible. I hate people that waste good trucks, it's right up there with beating a good dog or cultural diversity.
but it was $100.00 and I was looking for a project. feels like taking in a stray.

..and a turret is a given.
