I have a Remington 1917 Enfield that is in need of the two top handguard furniture pieces.
I would like them to be of a good used and with the proper greasy looking finish on them.
If anyone has any hints of how to describe this any better then please post in and let Me know.
I do not think that the top wood from a .303 British Enfield is the same, but again, I do`nt know.
If someone has the pieces and is wanting to move them out then please let Me know how much for and I will get the money to Yuh. :cowboy:

Thank You Akai and Rifleman.
I had checked into Sarco when You had posted the site, they were then out of stock.
Just checked again and I can get both pieces for 34 dollars shipped.
I am afraid, Now I am going to have to go against orders and get them coming, by using the credit card that is. :banghead: :busted: :rotfl:
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than to have to ask for permission, guess which one rules. :ban: :busted: :rotfl:
:banghead: OK, forgiveness is what I`ll be seeking. had to also get the rear band too, come with postage to $40.90. Purchased from Sarco.
I almost also ordered a demilled bayonet. The handle with the shank and the numbers and emblems etc. intack, with a 16" blade that would need to be welded on, $29.00 give or take a dollar or two.
That would have shoved the bill to about 70 bucks so I backed away, very slowly though.
After this session is all settled and forgotten, I`ll see if those is still in there and then again, I`ll be asking for more forgiveness. :busted:  :rotfl:

Got this 1917 one by mistake thought it fit the 03A3, but nooo...., now I gotta buy the rifle to go with it
Glad to here Sarco helped ya out Now I'm looking for a left hand grip for a 1905 :banghead: :banghead:

MyoMy, that looks like a real nice Bayonet.
I thought the Bayonet for the 1903 and A3 would be the same. I think the Bayonet for the 1903 fits the Garand, am I right ???
I might be innerested in Your Bayonet, if it`d be fur sale.
Give Me a PM with the price and maybe We can make us a deal.
I almost wrote in dicker but onn second thoughts, it might take this thread to the mooon and back with using that word. :hijacked: :busted: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Yep, ya got it right the 1905 for the O3A3 also fits the Garand. Most of the blades were cut to the 10" I'm thing that's why there isn't to many originals around :banghead: The O3A3 has a bigger barrel diameter than the 1917. :pinch: :pinch: and I had to find out the hard way :usa:
YUP, time to buy another rifle I see. :usa:  :busted: :rotfl: :cowboy:
On My next project of items needed:
