In terms of interchangeability yes for the most part they will work. However, AR 10's and the like need a heavyer hammer for reliable ignition of ALL primers. I tried using a Timney 3# trigger in my AR 10A2 with CCI's Mil Spec primers, and had a 10% fail to fire.
This is a late reply but I want to add that the ArmaLite tac/nm two stage is the same design as the RRA toe stage. The ArmaLite has three notches added to the disco so you have three second stage weights just by a simple spring position change. Both these triggers are based on the M14 and are fairly easy to tune if you have had the training and/or experience. These fit the AR10 and 15.
