Been a long day in the garden.
Dug 175lbs. Potatoes
Canned 48qts. of Tomatoes (Plain, Stewed, Pizza Sauce, Pasta Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, Ketchup)
and that,s just getting started, only 3 more batches to go.
Last week did!
18qts Green Beans
Okra, Okra and more Okra
54qts. Corn
20Lbs. Onions
3lbs. Garlic
15lbs. Carrots
8lbs. and still coming
9 lbs. Carrots
How's yours doing?

Wow! Impressive. We had a great crop of tomatoes and cucumbers but nothing like that! WOW.

I miss gardening :( My little brother has 16 acres of organic garden though so I still get plenty of fresh produce. :drool:

Nice ... 16 acres is a bit larger than the 4'x4' raised bed and two planters that we have on our deck.

He's actually starting to make a decent profit, earns every scent though. Dad gives him a hard time, he has an engineering degree and a masters in business but decided to do what he loves instead of being stuck behind a desk.
