I bought a used celestron c90 for 150.00 for moon gazing and a spotting scope. The availability of
lenses, camera attachments price, makes all but the best spotting scopes pale by comparison. And
with 60x being about the bottom of the magnification and up from there You can't beat it for spotting
game or targets.

I use a cheap telescope made for star gazing as a spotting scope at my range. It works great!

I also use ear plugs and eye protection marketed for people who work in heavy industry. A lot of things marketed toward shooters is marked up more than the same products available elsewhere.

Hey LA Shooter, I haven't seen any other 10s at the range. Where are you at?

I usually shoot at Bodcau.
