They are using military grade encryption. Not even NSA can break this stuff. Also the payment system is offshore and designed to keep people anonymous.

Offshore is no excuse, our good guys should be on it! They don't have any problem shooting hellfire missiles at people "offshore"!

Often the hackers are from countries where they can't be touched. The money can probably be traced right to their door -- an internet cafe in Ghana

I believe that the gubment has the ability to blow that anonymous payment site right off a the planet, just with a hackin malware of our own. never even have to drop a bomb.
