I caught the video of the test fire on a link from the 1911 forum, they still have some work to do.

From the test fire vid I guess they didn't know a 1911 requires fitting of every nit picking thing. Looked like the barrel lugs & link are off.

Still awesome on many levels. I love technology. They need to hurry up so I can print a new truck.

The fact that they printed the barrel tells you they've made a giant leap forward. I wonder how strong the printed parts are compared to MIM parts, I don't recall hearing about any MIM barrels? It would be nice if they could lower prices with this technology,
the more guns the better! :usa:
