I posted on the SIG Talk forum and got a variety of responses from from operator error to send it back the barrel should NOT move in battery, different opinions from Sig trained armorers...... so much for gaining clarity. Looks like I'll be on the phone to Sig. I'd ask why me but after a lifetime of being the guy that has his paperwork lost, buys the defective product, and has the surgeon make his first mistake on I'm getting pretty Zen about these things, I guess the good lord just decided I'm the one that can deal with it best. Life moves on......... :usa:

Tough break but nice view on it JT. God Bless ya man...
Irony, just had two 200gr XTP's crush the case when I tried to load them???? They measured .459 at one point :pinch: and .451 at another. If there is a bad lot, I'll get it! Now I have to decide if the ones I already stuffed are safe to shoot, odds are I'll break them them down and see what Hornady says.
Hope the guy at the service station got my oil filter tight, hard to say what the next thing will be.........
I got through, they are emailing a FedEx shipping label. The erratic primer strikes convinced him they needed to get it back. I'm going to throw in some of the empty cases so they can see the odd primer strikes.
What a week! My printer runs out of ink as I'm printing the label! :banghead: Nobody within 70 miles has the ink I need :banghead: Ordering the cartridge costs as much as a new printer they have on the shelf at Wallyworld and it will not arrive for a week so I guess I'll get a new printer for now since I already scheduled the pickup for in the morning.
On a positive note they were putting 3 boxes of 9mm on the shelf while I was leaving, all mine now for 27 cents a round! :twothumbs:
I knew something good had to happen soon...... I may have blown my job chances with a couple calls I made earlier, I'll post the insanity in my job "soap opera" thread
