Well my friend...First off...DON'T BUY RELOADED AMMO AT GUN SHOWS...UNLESS YOU KNOW THEM QUITE WELL....just my Humble Opinion mind you...
As for being Corrosive...odds are Not...that takes a Berdan Primer...and to de-prime them take a very special die...from what I have been told...but if you want to know...pull the bullet...dump the powder...and with a light..see if there are TWO little holes in the bottom...this would be Berdan Primed...but still Odds are Not...just clean your rifle real good after shooting them...mainly the barrel...and bolt....or shoot one...and pop the spent primer ...that would work two...I forget...DO YOU RELOAD....if not my Friend...Might give it some thought...would be glad to help you get started...

Truth.

A PMJ headstamp would indicate that the case is Korean, made by Poongsan Metals. It's also built to Lake City spec, so I would hazard a guess that the brass is boxer primed. As BMS said, break one open and check.

As far as cleaning after shooting corrosive ammo, I know some folks with Mosin-Nagants that shoot surplus (corrosive) 7.62x54R. Their technique is to soak a few patches in Windex glass cleaner and pass them through the bore prior to leaving the range. The ammonia in the Windex cleans out the mercury fulmanate from the bore and chamber, whereas a petroleum based cleaner will not. They also use glass cleaner to clean off the bolt face, then re-lube it and put it away til next time.
