Well just a note on LEE customer service....I was priming some shells last night and I broke the handle on my Auto Prime, really Pissed me off, so I had to switch to my priming set up that came with my press, which didn't work right and I found out why, the ring on the Large primer arm was bent a tad, so I straightened it out with my needle nosed pliers, enough to finish the batch of shells....To the point...I called lee and told them what had happened to the auto prime and what was up with the other piece, they said no problem and the parts would be out to day and should have them by Saturday or Monday and no charge, all they want is the Large primer arm back to examine it.
Now that is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....A "BIG" two thumbs up in my book....
