I am still shooting 1960's 30-06 brass. Clean it up and it should be good. Just throw any away having corrosion and save your hot loads for newer stuff. Also double check it after each reload, but that is SOP anyway.

I have some Indian ammo from the 1970's that is decent 7.62x51, when Winchester built and managed the plant. When the Indian government took it over in the 80's it went downhill fast. You can google the headstamp on the brass and get a pretty comprehensive history of it, which helps in deciding what to do with it.
PMC I believe is known for reduced capacity 223. I have 500 Remington and PMC brass waiting to be reloaded so I have to do some research. I tend to reduce the power a bit on my reloads and use them for practice and keep the M855 for backup. I should get a 300 BO, with all that brass I have I can convert. Maybe next year.
