I just listened to a talk by author Peter Lance on the mafia, the FBI, and the connection to 9/11. He shows with hard documented evidence that the FBI and other government personnel knew about the plot and covered up these facts in the 9/11 commission report. Here is a link to his talk;

It is 1 1/2 hours long and starts from 50 years ago with the partnerships made between the mob and the FBI, bear with him, it is critical to understand all this if you want to understand how and why our intelligence agencies covered up their knowledge and lack of action on the 9/11 plot. From what I gathered there has only been one agent tried and convicted through the whole mess. He shows how the people that got the information about the plot and failed us were used as investigators on the 9/11 commission. He does not claim it was an inside job, it's worse than that! :censored: :banghead: :censored:
