Unfortunately what we need, a leader who can unite people, especially the majority who are in the middle, cannot be nominated by either party because of the control of the special interests on each end. What I wouldn't give for an Eisenhower about now.

Now I have time to expand on my answer.
#4, Having worked both sides of a negotiation, I can say that if there is no consensus on common ground nothing will get done and both sides will lose in the end. its a terrible waste of resources. Currently we have a bunch of beginners in the House and they all have chips on their shoulders, guess what nothing will get done unless they all take a crash course in getting shit done. I don't see that happening.

#5 Free trade, WOW really that's a pie in the sky concept that never has worked and guess what we won't ever see that in our lifetime. We would have to take such a hard line that all we would end up in another war. While war is necessary it is a terrible waste.

#6 That's the easiest, Dodd Frank was a stupid idea from the get, repeal it. Simple solution make the Bank writing the note cover the first 25% if it ever goes bad, full stop put your money where your mouth is. I would think both the left and the right could agree on this. Tuff shit if you don't like it, get out of banking.

#5. Free MARKET or Free TRADE, there is a difference. I think they are referring to capitalism when they say free market.
