There is a part of this interview (around the 15 minute mark) where the interviewEE talks about Chinese citizens and how they view Obama AND how China would LOVE to see American Citizens disarmed.

Whether this is all true or not, this is some scary stuff to think about... :(

There is currently a e mail making the rounds that talks about the 'Litmus test' and this Dr Garrow. I was asked my thoughts on this and this is my reply to that subject and e mail:

Like so many e mails there are shreds of truth in this however it does not really stand the light of day for several reasons.

1) Dr Garrow? Finding out stuff about him is not only difficult, but is cloaked in problems, contradictions and a parade of ‘what the?’

2) This then begs the question why would a so called heralded military leader seek him out rather than someone we all know or just make the announcement on his own?

3) The several para leading up to the meat of the story is meant to give creds to Garrow of which he desperately needs, that should be a tip off something is wrong.

4) I do not think that Obama asked any such question. For the primary reason that he is a man that does not ask, he is the smartest man in the world, most powerful man in the world and becoming more and more of a dictator. He does, but does not ask. In fact he does not even need to.

Kent State, Waco, Tx, Ruby Ridge, New Orleans (Katrina) shows that the FBI, National Guard, ATF and just about all law enforcement agencies from your local police to the cop will indeed fire upon and murder US citizens, confiscate their guns and beat the hell out of a woman so old and frail that she posed a threat to no one, if you watched the video I linked to the other day 2 armed law enforcement officers ATTACKED her, a woman clearly into her 70's if not 80's. 2 Cops, wearing bullet proof vests and more heavily armed than I ever was in combat as an Infantry soldier.

5) In the case of the military, they take orders and are told not only what to do but told that these people pose a threat to safety, public, the US and who knows what else. So certainly being told that and believing they would generally take action. Albeit there are I am sure a lot that would not.

6) Which now brings us to the hidden point of the e mail. Which is why is Obama getting rid of so many Generals? In my military mind what I hope to believe is that the ones he fired they just had had enough of a growing dictator, ignoring Congress, making rules and laws by fiat and EO. I doubt any discussion took place but rather it was clear to Obama that he needed to insure that his Generals were every bit the sycophants that the rest of his followers are. Clearly in the event this 2nd amendment thing gets out of control he will call in the military to contain it and his Generals better be 101% inline with and obey without question, the orders of our new King.

Trust me, I have know a LOT of Generals and they are not all conservatives, in fact some are so far to the left its shocking…

I find the simple fact that people are even TALKING like this and about such things quite disconcerting to say the least.

We all see our country moving in SO many bad directions and yet, politicians are just smiling and waving and acting like it's just a little glitch and then whoosh, we slide some more....

It's like we are all watching an accident - when everything flips to slow motion and no matter what you do, you can't seem to change anything and you are locked in and just waiting for what you just KNOW is gonna hurt like hell.

I dunno. Whether any of this is factual or not doesn't really matter, what matters is that so damn much of it seems to make sense and FIT with all that's going on. Granted - even crazy people can come up with some wild fantasies that seem to fall into place as the story goes on but damn man, this stuff is going on all around us as we speak and all these stories do is add up to a major nightmare for us all even if only a minuscule PART of it is on the money.

If I was young and single, I'd be ready for whatever but those days are gone and I'm worried about my future generations now and worry about them...

Well aint that a kick in the head? I had this very same disscusion with a group of shoot at the range in OCT of last year. Gives me the willies but I remember waco and ruby ridge, and am glad I live in south texas

OK this is some heavy stuff. I don't know if anyone reads The Small War Journals or not but here is a good write up of what US Army TRADOC has proposed for 2016-2028. It doesn't spell out the whole TRADOC document but it does give some rather eye opening scenarios.

I just watched a lecture on C-Span about this topic in the last three weeks. I went back to look for the video but wasn't able to find a link to the new one, just a similar 2005 report for the DoD from the Small wars journal. They made it sound like an innocuous training exercise, just a scenario they need to think about and have a basic plan for like the hundreds of other ideas they pull out of think-tanks.
It does bother me some to see small Iowa cities purchasing surplus IED proofed vehicles with federal grants......... :unsure:

DHS has bought over 40 M rds of 9mm and 5,56, 7000 ARs are now on order and 3,200 DRONES are going to be promulgated acorss the US to LOCAL law enforcement agencies that are beholding to the White House under a program started by Clinton. Direct funding by job title and position of LEO's across the US, Clinton did 10,000 IIRC and what I hear is Obama is going to do 40,000. I am EXTREMELY worried about what I am seeing especially in light of a CiC who has publicly stated he will build a civilian Ärmy' as well equipped as our US Army and it is happening. Now add in the assualt on the 2nd Amendment and our Right to Keep and Bear Arms...

I have been watching the development of high tech defense department weaponry and equipment with apprehension for a number of years. A lot of the research was supposedly to develop civilian and crowd control systems for use in areas like Iraq, but it would work perfectly fine in the US. I don't see it as a single party issue, but a snowball that got started with 9/11 and is continuing downhill long after the need for such stringent measures. The Federal bureaucracy is as much to blame as anyone. The more centralization of authority, the more chance for something like this to happen. My only advice is don't trust either major party on this one.
