The thinking is probably along the lines that in order make "the 1% pay their fair share" one has to make sure they aren't able to hide that money, move it over seas, etc. and an agency like this would be essential to that end.

I never got a job from a poor person.
The top 10 percent pay 70 percent of the taxes today.
The lower 47% of wage earners pay nothing.
If we need more money to the government (and we don't)
We need to hit ALL Americans above the proverty line with some payment of some kind in taxes. They enjoy the same protection and services as those that do pay taxes but for free.
This makes BUYING their vote easy for politians.

Our problem today is not a revenue problem....it's a spending problem. FLAT TAX!!! EVERYONE PAYS THE SAME! Oh and yes...the rich would have a lot more money to do what they do best. MAKE JOBS!

This will stop off shore money hiding and stop political vote buying. AND pay off out debt in no time.

I don't blame the rich for running off shore. Every time our government over spends the shout is the same...tax the rich more.

That would sure seem the fair thing to do, treating all citizens as equals like the constitution requires!
