Finished my .308! was created by That_Guy
Been working on this .308 since February and finally got the chassis in today! The rifle is a stock Savage 10 FCP-SR with an MDT LSS chassis. I've got my trusty Vortex Viper on it and so far it looks to be a great shooter.

The wind today was horrible. I had a cross wind with 20+mph gusts. I managed to get a zero and a 6 round group during a lull in the wind. I will take that group any day of the week!

Nice rifle and nice shooting. That looks like a 40" barrel.

Nice looking rifle. That barrel is long. Is it about 6 inches from the target? Just joking. Good Shooting.

Haha it has the stock 24" 1:10 barrel from Savage. The chassis has a really short forearm (and the brake is like 2" long) so it makes the barrel appear to be longer than what it is. Though, I do wish I could have found the 20" model. I got the rifle right at $600 with an accustock and enhanced bolt, which is a steal.

I'm super pumped to get my win mag back now. It's been at the smith' for almost 5 months now! I'm curious to see how it compares with a Brux and full blueprint.
