I took a look at the feedramps on my 10s, and they look more contoured compared to yours. It may just be the angle of your photo. Can you shoot one through the ejection port?
I'll post a photo of mine when we get back from the range.
We're back. That didn't take long . Here's a couple of cruddy pics of my feed ramps (A4BF)

It's hard to shoot the ramps. The camera wants to focus on the nearest thing.

If you right click on the pic and "View Image" you'll get the big version.
The first thing I see is that my 10A4BF feed ramps are cut into the upper receiver below the barrel ext, where yours are not. I don't know if that matters, but if all else fails I'd query the barrel maker.
I don't have a DPMS/CMMG .308 but, I did have one of each in the 5.56mm
The M4 cuts in the upper make a huge advantage in how well the AR feeds.
If your upper does not have them get them installed by DPMS.
Yours seem to be cut way deeper than mine. I also see that, as a result, they blended the ramps down into the upper housing. The rep at DPMS suggested that I send my upper to them and they can work rhe ramps for me. Sounds like the best path forward. Hope it does the trick. I will follow up when the upper comes back. Thank you!!!
Mark at DPMS says it's going to be a 3 to 4 week turnaround. So, this thread is gonna go cold, but I will follow up. Hopefully with good news. I'll try to post a couple of pictures like the ones Charlie took for comparrison. I can't believe I'm the only looser with this problem! Thank you all for your input, Dave.
You are not the only person that has experienced this problem.
Take yourself out of the "loosser" catagory.
When this rifle comes back you will love it.
I wouldn't doubt you will give it a name and put it in your will.
Show how much I have been keeping up on things....Didn't even know CMMG make a .308
First off...I would be on the phone to both companies....asking about compatibility....some guns may not work with others....from what I can see, the CMMG lower looks to be lower...than the DPMS....but not sure...if this is the case...then you would have jams constantly... but again....I would contact the companies....
I have heard of DPMS having some QC issues lately....so ...you may want to send it in for inspection....
I have a question....not meaning any offense...."why" would go with this combo....
again...just curious...

Very inspiring, Bob. I was only able to shoot one round, but it rocked !Can't wait to get it back. It's packaged up and being dropped off at the UPS store today. DPMS is WAY backed up, so it's gonna be a while. Good things come to those who wait.... or so I'm told.
