I have spent more than I care to admit on two different stripper clip systems, the GI five rounders and the Ncstar ten rounders. The 5 round strips worked ok in the spoons but they loosen up fairly quick and then they can jam on clip and not want to come off without some effort. I bought the ten round clips and plastic loader from Ncstar on ebay and have been real pleased with that setup. The loader is two parts; a sleeve that fits over the magazine and a plunger. you insert the magazine into the sleeve, slide a ten round clip into the top of the sleeve, then push the plunger in. I have only went through a couple hundred rounds so far but it has worked every time, at least when I did my part. The plunger pulls the empty clip out with a magnet and it is ready for another ten. This setup was about the same money as the issue spoons and clips on ebay, the actual loader is higher than a spoon but from what I see the spoons are a throw away after the banolier is gone were the polymer Ncstar loader looks to be a better long term answer. The ten round clips are not as handy as the fives size wise and you can almost always count on one round to fall off before it gets to the loader if your trying to get any speed at all, this might be fixed with some pinching and bending in the right spots on the clip. Either way beats your fingers!
