I'm looking for a hardcase for my AR-50, and am wondering if the Starlight hardcase (p/n EX1850) available from ArmaLite will accommodate the 50 with a scope mounted? Or does the scope have to be removed first?
Welcome to the site.....
As for the AR-50....Nice weapon....I know....
For the case...I know ArmaLite has on especially suited for their 50 but as for the one stated...not sure...
Here is a look at one AR-50 in a hard case....not sure which one it is...
I can give you a couple of links that might help as well if you like

Thanks for the information, BMS. That hardcase in the photo you posted looks like the one, but with user cut foam to allow for the attached scope. I don't think that the hardcase from Starlight with the pre-cut foam accommodates a mounted scope.
And thanks for the link to the other topic with your informative video about the drag bag. I'm now leaning towards that option instead of (or maybe in addition to) a hardcase.
Glad to be of help....
I know with pelican you can have the foam custom cut....I would imagine Starlight would be the same...might be worth checking out....
The Drag Bag is really sweet....I liked it....alot;)
If you need any other help...just ask...
