Hello everyone, found your forum while looking for more AR-10 info, it's great that there is a forum dedicated to the AR-10.
Just received my my first AR-10 after a bit of a wait. It's an AR-10T in 260 remington. It sports a Nightforce NXS 12x42 in an Armalite mount and a Harris LM-S 9-13" bipod. I loaded up several boxes of ammo using Secenar, A-Max, SMK, and Nosler Competition bullets. Looking forward to getting out to shoot it this weekend, that heavy barrel just screams accuracy.
I'm looking forward to hearing how your new 260 shoots. I've been looking at these myself.
Sounds like you have a nice set-up.
Post some pictures if you can. I'm sure we'd all like to see it and what kind of groups you are getting. I'd also be interested in the velocity, if you have access to a chronograph.

I always wanted an AR-10 to play with and when I saw the new 260 I just couldn't wait any longer after I researched the round and discovered what a difference the bc of the 6.5mm bullets make. I have a 308 in a 700 with the R5 barrel and 300 RUM Sendero, I think I may have a shootout between the 3
