Shot this little buck on the last day I could get out to hunt. At least he will eat good!! Oh well you can't get a monster every year. I've got some good ones in my day but my pride isn't so big that I can't knock over a meat buck.
Staged or not I sure would call it a day if I saw that in my stand, anyhow I wonder what kind of a stand that is? looks like it's holding up pretty good.
Don't have any pix, but back in 89 I had a Bobcat come up the same tree I was sitting in, when he got a wiff of me both of us were in a mad scramble to get out of there. It was on opening day of deer season and there were a bunch of Turkeys in the area, and I'm sure that is what he was hunting.

Wow that would be pretty incredible. That ol' bobcat probably seemed a lot bigger than he was!!
I have a field I drive by almost every evening that has a number of piebald deer. Never seen the buck but have seen at least 3 deer that all have the same piebald coloring. There are always others mixed in but I like seeing those piebald in there. Very rare to see up here.
Of course, we don't see fields full of elk though. Nice yard...
