My first AR was created by Ghostrider10
After much analysis I have decided to pursue the purchase of an AR10. It looks like the rifle will be ready to test on the range within the next few weeks. A very close friend is in the process of building the rifle right now. I am looking forward to getting to know the rifle and its many capabilities. I own numerous pistols and shotguns but never thought about a rifle since I do not hunt. The AR10 seems to have the power and range that I'm looking for in a rifle. The many reviews that I've read have been very positive.

Any suggestions, ideas or helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.

What flavor are you building and what are you going to be shooting at? Welcome to the site, I'm sure you will find a vast amount of knowledge here, be sure to give plenty of info when posting questions.
