When you consider Armalites web site lists it for $1,892.00 it seems like a good deal to me.
As for the 2 10 round mags keep in mind this gun is made to hit its target on the first bullet so a large mag is not really needed.
I doubt you could find one much cheaper. Unless you have a real mess of hogs to shoot in a hurry you should like the ten rounders just fine. I bought the variety pack with the 25 rounder and down but find myself grabbing the ten and fifteen's all the time, mostly because of the weight if I'm walking and then the need for room when shooting from the bench.
Grab the gun, you won't really care what you paid for it after a few shots.
Check Palmetto State Armory - I picked up an Ar10 A410ACBN1913 for $1299 + $9 shipping. It comes with a quad rail, 2-20 round and 1 10 round mag and a plano hardcase. Just checked their website they are out but definitely worth waiting around for if you haven't made a purchase.
Note, just broke it in this weekend, shot around 80 rounds and not a single jam. Trigger is crisp.
