Just purchased Armalite AR10T with SS 24" barrel

Just purchased Armalite AR10T with SS 24" barrel was created by bigdtd
I am waiting on this gun to ship from a well known reputable dealer. I don't see a gun with a 24" barrel on the Armalite site. Is this an older model? If so when was it made roughly? I will find out when I get it obviously just curious while I am waiting. Thanks for your help. Great site! B)

the Model was listed as a 10TBN

Gun has shipped! Should have it by 3/19/12!

The 24" barrel went out of production in 2009, I think.
Remove your gas block and hand guard, near the
receiver the barrel will be stamped with a date. Keep in
mind this is the barrel's manufacture date. A call to Armalite
with the serial number may get you a date of manufacture.
