Where do you get most of your ammo from? Online? Local Gun Store? Large retailers like Bass Pro, Brownells or Cabelas?
I have purchased just about all my 'boxes' of ammo locally and often at a premium. When I'm buying 1,000 rounds or more I've mail ordered from Black Hills or a specialty manufacturer.
Please share any links you have for ammo suppliers here as well
I am reluctant to divulge my good sources except in the members only deal area, as internet cruisers can drop in and hit my favorite sites. Suffice it to say all my newly manufactured ammo comes from internet sites.
I've moved this into the Member's Only area because God knows when the next big Ammo crisis is going to happen and I just can't stand the thought of googlers grabbing ahead of time what our members are in here paying their dues and taking part to earn.
These sources should indeed be kept in the family. In case of a real emergency on ammo, we may even wish to send it to the "Lifetime Members" area which of course any of our members can join at any time.
Members, just be aware that the lifetime members area, on an average day, will not change your lives or do anything incredible. BUT, when ammo shortages occur and guys come up with real deals or ANY links to supplies, parts or ammo that they wish to keep within our small group of Lifetime Members, they show up there FIRST and normally don't trickle down until ammo starts loosening up a bit and becomes more available.
It's our way of keeping our most important links for members who have taken the plunge and become true family members here at AR10t.com.
Of course the free AR10t.com shirts and hoodie giveaways every now and again don't exactly suck either..
Gunbot is a good tool. Although there prices are not yet down to pre panic level, I have had excellent service from Target sports USA. Pre panic I purchased 500 new manufacture M118LR for $489 with free shipping. That is a premium round for less than a dollar a round. Plus they now have Privi Partizan NATO for $12.99/ 20
