Are there any other mags that will work in my ar10 was created by ar15rich
Are there any other mags that will work in my Armalite ar10? I don't care what kind's but they do need to be very fuctional and reliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!

Welcome to the club!
The magazine type for an armalite rifle will depend on if you have an A or B model. B models all use armalite magazines based on the M14/M1A magazine. Your best source is Armalite for the GEN2 magazines which are tops in reliability. If you have one of the newer model A armalites, then you will use Pmags/dpms/SR25 which were patterned after the original AR10. In this case, Pmags are considered the best. As for a source.... wherever you can find them.

If you have a 10B, Armalite had 25 round mags in stock this morning for about 48 bucks. Not sure if they are still there. In my travels around the web, Genuine Armalite 10B Mags pop up quite often. Happy hunting!

Others have answered correctly. If Armalite is out, I have a good source for mags that I will share with members if they PM me.
