I hit the Cabelas in Omaha and Kearney Ne. on Saturday, they had good supplies of Winchester 7.62 NATO and several brands of steel case to go with the premium stuff, no FGMM though. The 7.62 was actually 35 cents a round cheaper than the 5.56 they had :S
Not one .22 round, no .40, or .45ACP. Primers were in but no 175 SMK's for the AR-10 and not one chunk of lead in any size I could reload for my 45. They had some Swift bullets in .308, only $68 for 50 of them.........wish I'd have bought a few more cans of Radway....It's breaking some but real slow!

You were covering some miles my friend, that is a distance. I have some 175 SMK's on back order from Lohman's. It will be interesting to see how long before they come in.
Very true! If you drive 80 on 80 you'll get blown by steadily.
I've got two Grandchildren in Kearny so the trip is always worth it, would have been nice to get some pills but playing with the little ones in the park on a fine spring day was gold!
I was thinking of placing an order for 175's at Lohman's but then I realized they were back ordered like everyone else. Cabela's must either have some in the warehouse and are just sending out a few boxes at a time or they are just getting a few at a time. I've grabbed a couple over the last three months but that has entailed a ton of stops at a ton of shops, went to another small shop today, the gun rack was full of AR's but no pills of any size, just blackpowder stuff. I'm noticing lots of steel case ammo in the popular calibers, of course the price is what premium stuff cost last summer............
I have a couple hundred SMK 168's will tide me over, so I'm OK. I am gonna have to shoot up some of my military surplus to get some brass to load them.
