Just got the Viridian out of the safe after a 3 month slumber. Started the rest with a fresh battery and now it is dead from just sitting there. I emailed but may be past the 1 year warranty now, no matter they obviously have a design flaw. I'd sell it but I don't want someone else to have the issue.

edit; Just looked back and saw I started this review 11 months and three weeks ago...maybe I can still get in on the warranty??????

Viridian had a shipping label in my inbox already this morning, said they would just replace it with a new one :thumbs:

Received a new tac light already, less than one week turnaround. Viridian certainly stands behind their products with great customer service. They updated the light to 178 max lumens, I think the old one was 150 lumen but don't remember for sure.
I'm not going to open this one up yet though. I may just trade it in on a Streamlight or a Surefire, even with the fast customer service my confidence in the equipment just isn't there like it is with the others.
