It is used and does NOT come with the hand-guards. It's in great shape but the previous owner shaved off one of the rail underneath (bottom) and drilled a hole for a sling mount. It's very small and a little black anodizing or touch up and you wouldn't even notice it. Other than that it barely looks used. Comes complete with all mounting hardware and is very easy to install. DOES NOT INCLUDE MY Beautiful AR10
