BVAC Factory Reloads was created by Siscowet
Does anybody have any experience with Bitterroot Valley Ammunition Company Factory reloads? Some reviews from sites like CTD have been all over the map. Especially looking for experiences with 150 gr FMJ and 168 gr HPBT bullets. Much appreciated.

I've used their 150 gr stuff. I'd give it a "meh" rating. Not especially accurate, but it did function well in my AR10. If you've got a line on a good deal, I'd say go for it, given the current climate.

Yes. BVAC is actually an "offshoot" of HSM. Some of the employee's from HSM broke away and formed their own ammo company.

I've never used HSM .308, but I've used their .223. Didn't like it. Long story short: Blown primers.

I have, a box of HSM tracers about a year or so ago. They were junk, and didn't all trace. Most of the cases split in the neck. I think I made a post with pictures of the cases when it happened. :unsure:

I made a small buy at a good price, so I am going to try the HSM out. I saw the tracer but it seemed awfully cheap, and I really don't have much use for it. Will let you know how it works.

I have shot a couple boxes of HSM 168gr. HPBT and been very happy with it.
