Happy to say that Armalite has responded so it looks like my problem is being sucked out of the crack it fell in. I'm not sure what happen yet but I did use the the procedure they requested with the rma numbers and all. I'll be sure and update things with the results. I want to add again that no matter how this turns out I will be buying more Armalite products, the rifle hits what you aim at, every time so far!
