Here is what works best for Me, not having a smarty phone.
Open contacts in Your phone: New Contact: use a special name, I use emartin meaning that is My email address only in that contact : scroll down to where it gives personal email: type in email address.
Take a pic; then click the OK to either send or save: OK to send: click the add, from contacts, type e, anything beginning with e will pop up, select which one You want either by scrolling or typing in next letter, scroll to that contact, click OK, addd more if sending the pic. to more than one person, click OK, add message, if so desired, click OK to send.
All righty, You got the pic. in the email, right click and save as, give it a name and save to "Desk Top".
When posting and want to add the pic, at the bottom of the message box, click add file, browse, desk top, click pic, open, down load, insert.
Done. I think, or it should be close enough to geter figgerd out anyhows.
