video upload was created by mrraley
in the profile area, it has a tab marked profile video.

What are the requirements for the video?
as in video size...

What would I have to do to get the video on here?

Try clicking on the Video Tab and then there is a small text link that says "add" on the right side of the main area.

It will then pop-up a window with information on uploading a video or embedding a video.
