* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail was created by Charlie

I get this error in an upper panel when I post:

* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail
* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail
* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail
* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail
* PHPMAILER_EXECUTE/usr/sbin/sendmail

I think it means sendmail has failed in its effort to notify users subscribed to the topic. I'm not getting notification in topics I'm subscribed to either.
