No, and my reason is that I use virtually nothing that can wear on the bores. Bore wear with any of those kinds of products is truly minimal and undetectable over the short haul..... but........ Long haul? Definitely. You can prove this to yourself by keeping a log-book on every individual rifle, and as long as you use a truly good borescope you'll have the proof in the end.
It's not something I began here in the armoury. My Dad started it a very long time ago, and it really takes 8 to 10,000 rounds in a control rifle to prove/disprove it. At 32, I'm not old enough yet to have made those kinds of long term comparisons, but anything new is worth a look for sure. Thanks!
