I purchased an AR-10T, 20 inch barrel, last year in 308 Win. The accuracy with 165-168 grain bullet has been great. I bought the gun to shoot hogs. The gun is already way to loud to shoot without electronic muff's. I have been considering a muzzle brake to reduce recoil and muzzle rise for a faster 2nd, 3rd shot. Is it worth it? Would have to have the barrel threaded. I am somewhat familiar with brakes used in Multi/3gun competition. Considering these two:
1:JP Enterprises Bennie Cooley Tactical Muzzle Brake
2: Lund/SJC .308 Titan Compensator
