The upper receiver of either rifle will not fit into your dry bag. Be advised that the 20' and 24' measurements refer to the length of the barrel, and that does not include the length of the upper receiver.
As for sub MOA, the length of the barrel has little to do with it. Quality of the barrel is the factor there. I've seen 20' inch barrels shoot far better than 24' barrels of lesser quality. I have also seen 18" barrels shoot sub MOA...It is not uncommon. Ammo selection is another huge factor. The twist rate of a given barrel will stabilize different bullet weights differently, and produce different results downrange.
Unfortunately, I don't believe that even an 18' barrel upper will fit into a 22' bag due to the length of the receiver. I wish I had better news, but I speak the truth.
Congrats on the buy...look forward to seeing a new stick on the block...
As for your case issue....this might be what you are looking for...you can break it down and secure it in the inside and or put the lower in the outer pocket...
