I just got a Troy Battlerail in the mail(along with some DOA sights and a Larue LT-104, Noveske KX3).
If anyone is interested, and thinks it would be beneficial, I can do an install write-up with pictures, if not I'm just gonna slap this stuff on. I think it should be a pretty straightforward install.
Hey, that looks a little like my work bench. My better half gets the "Handyman" magazine along with others, and in one of their issues they had the plans on how to build your own workbench. 30"x60" with lower and upper shelves. Also has peg board backing. All built for $50.00. 15 2x4's, one sheet plywood or USB and one sheet of pegboard. Got everything from Home Depot. If anyone is interested in building their own bench I might be able to help you with the plans. Last I heard, everyone is looking for this issue of HandyMan.
Actually it's just a slap it together job. I wish I had a set of plans when I was building it, probably would be a little more solid if so... I used a piece of hardwood for the top, pretty solid, I think it was a door remnant or something. I started mounting a fluoro light on top but ran out of motivation and went with a clip on... I should sort that out...
