I've been through about 200 rounds of Freedom Munitions re-manufactured 55gr .223 without issue. Accuracy has been very good from my PM400. Here is 25 rounds at 200 yards on steel in under 1 1/2 minutes(used my snazzy watch to time it);

I didn't have a tape measure so my hand will show the scale. I was using an Atlas bipod with a Bushnell 1x6.5 tactical elite for a scope. So far everything I've got from Freedom has been free of flaws. I' going to give their brass exchange program a try soon.
